Store Manager
About the role
Café Carré Thảo Điền is our all-day European café, bar and restaurant with a terrace, open from morning into evening. As Store Manager you lead the location day to day: the team, the guest experience and the numbers that keep it running well.
What you will do
- Lead the front and back of house team through every shift, from opening to closing
- Hire, train and coach team members, and plan rosters
- Keep service, food and drink quality consistent with Café Carré standards
- Own daily operations: stock, ordering, cash handling, hygiene and safety
- Track sales, costs and guest feedback, and act on what you see
- Work with head office on events, menu changes and local marketing
What we look for
- Experience managing a café, restaurant or bar, or as an assistant manager ready for the next step
- A calm, hands-on leader who sets the tone on the floor
- Comfortable with numbers, rosters and basic reporting
- Good English and Vietnamese
- Available for a full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
